tar heels: jump around

i stumbled across this and it was too good not to share. i will never think of anything besides carolina athletics when i hear "jump around." the video is almost 8 minutes, so it's understandable if you don't want to watch the whole thing. but do me a personal favor and at least watch around 4:35 when they show all the coaches jamming out. and please note coach in the lower right corner. it made my day.
