happy #9

i've never had the luxury of spending more than 8 months in the same place as my best friends. as a result, i've become a master at phone dates and quality games of phone tag. and while i wish i could call up my besties and meet for coffee or lunch any time i want, i've come to love the fact that we're all doing different things in different states and time zones (and soon to be countries). it's refreshing and encouraging to hear how the Lord is working in so many ways across the country both in and through my friends. don't be deceived though, i frequently pray that the Lord would graciously rearrange the USA's geographical layout so that all of my faves could be in one 20 mile radius. ;)
