back in nc

well, i made it home safe and sound, but not without spending 13.5 hours in travel time. gotta love those long layovers during the holidays! thankfully i had a friend with me and we were able to entertain ourselves during the long layover in atlanta. we read, wrote letters, played bananagrams, and laughed a lot.

this past week was jam packed with all sorts of fun things. for starters, we had a k-life event on monday night and we drove around town collecting cans of food to donate to Christian Action Ministries (CAM). after regrouping, we watched Elf with our k-life kids. so fun!! on tuesday i presented my Bible Overview Project in front of a panel and it felt great to get that weight off my shoulders. such a fun project and definitely a lifelong one at that. on wednesday, some friends and i drove up to Bolivar, MO for a Shane & Shane, Bethany Dillon, and Phil Wickham concert. it was absolutely amazing and such a sweet time of worship. what a blessing!! thursday we all went to Silver Dollar City as an Institute class and froze ourselves to death on the rollercoasters. the christmas lights at SDC are a big deal, so it was fun to see them and experience it during winter instead of the summer like i usually do.

now i'm looking forward to some down time at home and also some fun chances to catch up with friends i haven't seen in a while. yay for being back in north carolina for a little bit. :)

so the world may know,
bekah <><

live for Jesus. laugh uncontrollably. love unconditionally.
